The Role
HII- America's largest shipbuilder and a global, all-domain defense provider- has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Strategy Analyst 4 in our Washington, DC office.
The successful candidate in this role:

• Supports the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development as well as other leaders on the Corporate Strategy & Development team with preparation of materials for the CEO, division presidents, Board of Directors, and other senior stakeholders
• Conducts pro forma financial statement analysis in support of potential M&A transactions
• Analyzes the global defense and nuclear markets (e.g., market segmentation, sizing, forecasting)
• Conducts value chain analysis
• Manages internal teams and coordinate closely with initiative owners to develop and execute value creation plans, roadmaps and business cases
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate and diagnose business management decisions
• Supports due diligence activities
• Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management
• May provide analysis on business development

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience or the equivalent in industry specific experience; Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience
