Description:

Lensa, in partnership with Cella (a Randstad Digital company), is seeking a Part-Time Creative Director for a mission-driven fintech startup dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and expanding access to digital financial services. This remote opportunity offers flexibility and leadership for seasoned creatives with a passion for strategic storytelling and multi-channel marketing execution.

As Creative Director, you will lead brand and product marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the founding team to shape campaigns that blend performance marketing with brand authenticity. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of startup dynamics, design systems, and user-centric content development.


Primary Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Brand Expression

  • Own and lead the visual and narrative direction of the brand across all marketing and product channels

  • Maintain consistency while balancing brand integrity with performance objectives

Marketing Channel Activation

  • Oversee creative assets for direct mail campaigns, digital ads, posters/flyers, websites, and landing pages

  • Provide creative direction for social media campaigns and partnership marketing initiatives

Product & Brand Marketing Execution

  • Translate complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging

  • Develop performance-optimized landing pages, display ads, and storytelling assets

  • Ensure all materials enhance and align with brand voice and design standards

Creative Operations & Quality Control

  • Drive efficient design processes and asset production

  • Lead and participate in creative briefs, reviews, and iterations to ensure quality, clarity, and usability

  • Set a high bar for design craftsmanship and storytelling

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with founders and executive leadership on go-to-market planning and execution

  • Act as a creative consultant and thought partner, offering insight on brand-building and marketing decisions


Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figmamust-have skill

  • 7+ years in brand, creative, or product marketing roles

  • Experience working with startups or high-growth companies

  • Proven portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns, performance marketing, and brand development

  • Strong storytelling, design judgment, and leadership skills

  • Self-starter with experience operating in lean, cross-functional teams

  • Flexible, decisive, and able to thrive in unstructured, fast-paced environments

  • Fintech or mission-driven industry experience is a strong advantage


Additional Information:

  • Job Type: Contract

  • Hours: 20 hours per week (remote)

  • Pay Range: $70/hr – $80/hr
