EVERSANA INTOUCH, a full-service global marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry, is seeking a Creative Director, Copy to join their visionary leadership team. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking creative work in pharmaceutical advertising. The ideal candidate will lead the conceptual and strategic development of compelling multimedia campaigns for clients in healthcare, ensuring work that is innovative, patient-minded, and strategically aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts across digital, print, TV, and multimedia formats.
Ensure creative output reflects brand goals and resonates with patient and HCP audiences.
Inspire and mentor creative teams while encouraging innovation, curiosity, and collaborative growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic, account, and media teams to shape campaign direction.
Present creative ideas and campaign narratives with clarity and persuasive impact.
Uphold excellence in execution, overseeing production through final delivery.
Drive continued client satisfaction and brand growth through proactive ideation and leadership.
Support DEI values through inclusive leadership and equitable creative practices.
People Leadership Responsibilities:
Manage team hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Foster an empowering, humorous, and ego-free environment that prioritizes collaboration and personal growth.
Oversee workload distribution and establish high-performance standards across the creative department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven ability to develop strategic and award-worthy creative work
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, product science, therapeutic standards, and market dynamics
Strong knowledge of therapeutic client portfolios
Demonstrated experience leading successful drug launch campaigns
Ability to inspire teams, solve creative challenges, and lead persuasive presentations
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
A portfolio showcasing strategic and beautiful creative campaigns
A sense of humor and emotional intelligence in leadership
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $139,000–$206,000 annually (equivalent to $11583–$17166/month; based on experience and location)
