Description:

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Crew Members to provide exceptional customer service and assist in preparing fresh, made-to-order food. This role offers a clear career path with opportunities for advancement, as 80% of managers started as Crew. Team members are trained to work at multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare real food by hand daily (no freezers, microwaves, or can openers).

• Operate multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.

• Follow training programs to gain confidence across all station responsibilities.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).

• Willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.

• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $17.00 – $18.00 + digital tips

• Tuition assistance (100% coverage for select degrees, up to $5,250/year)
