Description:

Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join its healthcare team for an on-site, contract-based opportunity in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic CT scans in accordance with physician orders and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent patient interaction, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other medical staff to provide timely and accurate diagnostic results that support patient care and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform computed tomography (CT) procedures as prescribed by physicians in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for procedures while ensuring safety and comfort.

• Operate CT equipment proficiently, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any complications or reactions.

• Maintain proper documentation of all scans, patient interactions, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure high-quality diagnostic images are captured for accurate interpretation.

• Comply with departmental protocols, hospital policies, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and radiation safety guidelines.

• Assist with patient scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality assurance initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Certified and registered CT Technologist (ARRT-CT preferred).

• Current state license (as required for the Ohio region).

• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) preferred.

• Previous experience in a clinical CT setting is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of imaging techniques, anatomy, and patient care principles.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly Rate: $49/hr to $70/hr

• Monthly Equivalent: $7840 to $11200
