Customer Acquisition Representative
Location: Dallas, TX

Embark Agency is expanding its Dallas team and hiring Customer Acquisition Representatives to support direct-to-consumer telecommunications campaigns.
The primary objective of this role is acquiring new residential customers for high-speed internet, mobile, and bundled connectivity packages through face-to-face engagement in retail and event environments.
This is not passive customer service. It is proactive customer acquisition.
Core Responsibilities
• Engaging shoppers and event attendees to identify switching opportunities
• Understanding competitors’ offers and positioning services accordingly
• Educating customers on fiber infrastructure, speed tiers, and coverage benefits
• Breaking down pricing structures transparently
• Assisting customers through eligibility checks and credit verification steps
• Ensuring all applications meet compliance standards
• Managing follow-up confirmations when required
• Tracking daily acquisition numbers and improving conversion ratios
You will receive structured product training covering:
• Internet speed tiers and data requirements for streaming, gaming, and remote work
• Mobile plan comparisons and device upgrade incentives
• Bundle discounts and promotional campaign timelines
Ideal Background
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or call centre experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and overcoming hesitation
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
