Description:
MTM, Inc. is looking for a Work from Home Customer Care Representatives for a class that starts on Monday, Nov 8th.
Candidates must be able to able to work the hours of 11am-7:30pm EST, Mon-Fri for 3 weeks of paid virtual training. After the 3 weeks of training, candidates must be able to work the following shift:
8am-4:30pm, Mon-Wed, Fri-Sat (off Thurs & Sun)
8am-4:30pm, Mon-Tues, Thurs-Sat (off Wed & Sun)

If you are selected for the Customer Care Representative role you will be provided with a Desktop, Keyboard, Mouse and Headset.
What you will be doing:
The Customer Care Representative is the frontline representative and image of Medical Transportation Management (MTM). The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
