Description:
Elevance Health is hiring Customer Care Representatives to deliver exceptional service to members and healthcare providers. This remote position starts onsite for six weeks of mandatory training, beginning September 8, 2025, and transitions to a remote role thereafter. Working hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST during training and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST post-training.
Responsibilities include answering inbound inquiries, resolving benefit and claim issues, and assisting customers with healthcare navigation. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential. Representatives must be dependable, empathetic, and tech-savvy, with a home setup that includes a hard-wired internet connection and a quiet workspace.
