Description:
Cloudbeds is seeking a Customer Growth Manager responsible for driving upsell and cross-sell revenue within the existing customer base. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored product recommendations. This is a remote, full-time position within a global SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry through AI-powered solutions.
Meet and exceed revenue and upsell targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Conduct strategic account analysis and customer outreach
Deliver tailored product demos, proposals, and presentations
Collaborate with onboarding and product teams for smooth implementation
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Maintain a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
Proven track record in upselling, sales growth, or account expansion
Experience in hospitality operations
Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Problem-solving mindset with ability to tailor solutions
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Business Suite, Groove, Zendesk, Canva, Generative AI
Willingness to travel <10%
Strong relationship-builder
Analytical and strategic thinker
Comfortable conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Independent, driven, and proactive
