Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Dynamics CRM Developer position! This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Charlotte and is open to local and remote candidates. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services during the contract period.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work closely with the Dynamics Solutions Architect to implement scalable Dynamics solutions and follow best practices.
- Enhance the efficiency of development, testing, and release processes, developing tools and frameworks for high-quality Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other technical resources on the team.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and effectively communicate those solutions to junior development resources.
- Keep leadership informed on team progress, risks, and updates.
- Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and products.
- Upgrade and configure Microsoft Dynamics systems for optimized integration.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
What You'll Need to Have:
- AWS/NodeJS experience
- Dynamics Field Service development experience
- Plugins (C#) and TypeScript experience
- 4+ years experience with Dynamics 365 modules.
- 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.
- 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- 3 years of Dynamics 365 development experience including JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls (React/FluentUI), TypeScript, Power BI, Power Automate
- Experience running technical projects.
- Experience working with offshore resources.
- Creative problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and gain consensus across multiple user groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
