Customer Service Rep

 

Description:

  • Average calls are 3.5-4.5 minutes, quick & high volume. Customers are calling the restaurants directly to place an order, which gets routed to this team, and the reps are placing the orders.
  • Requirements:*
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in call center and/or working with phones is preferred. *
  • Open to restaurant and retail experience, food industry is a PLUS. *
  • Must be open to working a 40-hour work week between Monday-Sunday 5AM-Midnight, no exceptions. Will get an assigned schedule that will change up to every 3 months.
  • Must be able to work onsite daily, no exceptions.
  • Avaiable snacks, coffee, creamers, juice, soda, and flavored sparkling water for all onsite employees.
  • Modern, new office in a prime location. Free covered parking garage.
  • Causal dress attire, team-oriented environment.
