Description:

  • Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Intake Specialist for their Baltimore office. This position will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and conducting a quick survey before transferring back to the appropriate person/department. They will be handling a high volume of inbound calls; about 80-100 inbound calls daily. **Position is public transportation accessible* Shift: M-F 8am-5pm and every other Saturday (8am-5pm)
  • Skills:* Call Center, Customer Service, Inbound Calls, Customer support, Outbound Calls, Computer skills
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
  • 1-2 year of customer service experience
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills- possesses the ability to utilize Microsoft Office
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems
  • Must be customer service oriented, have a "customer first" mentality
  • Experience Level:* Entry Level
