Our busy six Doctor Veterinary Practice is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative to join our team! This job is for those who love a fast-paced work environment and genuinely love customer service. Our CSR team is responsible for maintaining a positive, professional demeanor while multitasking patient check-ins, checkouts, invoicing, multi-line telephone systems, checking emails and texts, and greeting all clients with a smile. A qualified applicant will need great communication skills and some previous experience in customer service in the veterinary field.
