Description:
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Modivcare is looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join their team in Jackson. This role is fully onsite and requires individuals who can handle a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring accuracy and quality service.
As a CSR, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, helping them with transportation services and ensuring their requests are handled efficiently. This is a Monday-Friday role with a structured start date of April 22, 2025.

✔ High School Diploma or GED (Required)
✔ 0-2 years of customer service or contact center experience
✔ Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM)
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Ability to talk and type simultaneously while handling customer calls
✔ Ability to work independently under general supervision
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
