Customer Service Representative

Description:

The Strawberry Point branch of Citizens State Bank is seeking qualified Customer Service Representative applicants. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Processes basic cash receipt and payment services.
• Processes a variety of customer account transactions, as well as other customer service requests.
• Performs other functions as instructed by the branch coordinator.
• Cross-sells and educates customers of bank products, where applicable.
• Handles customer telephone calls to conduct transactions.
• Performs customer services, such as opening new accounts, establishing direct deposit accounts, opening retirement accounts, safe deposit box services, and assist customers with queries concerning bank services.
• Complete balance inquiries and related activities.
• Directs visitors to appropriate window or office.
• Provides forms and other informational handouts.
• Greets and admits authorized customers to vault area and maintains records.
• Attends community functions to represent the bank.
