Description:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be a point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic and professional assistance with their medical alert systems. This role involves testing over the phone of the medical alerts, answering inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Assist clients with the setup, use, and basic troubleshooting of medical alert devices. .
- Educate customers on device features to enhance their confidence and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex technical or sensitive issues to supervisors as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Basic technical aptitude to assist with device troubleshooting (training provided).
- Familiarity with medical alert systems or related products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
