Description:

CRG is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its operations team in Fife, Washington, for a 26-week on-site contract. This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth coordination between customers, drivers, and business partners. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring the timely completion of service commitments. You’ll collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to track delivery progress and provide real-time updates to clients, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction at every step of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email, maintaining professionalism in all communications.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues with a focus on timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Diagnose and assess problems effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Monitor and track the progress of delivery routes, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify proper documentation and stamps.

  • Process changes, modifications, or cancellations of delivery orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication between customers and operational teams.

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Capability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.


Work Schedule:

  • Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Duration: 26 weeks (contract role)
