Description:
You have 1 + years of Customer Service and/or Tech Support experience.
The ability to work independently, as well in a group, and can handle multiple tasks, and changing priorities.
Commitment to the customer, no matter the issue. Don't just help them -delight them.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am-5 pm PST.
