Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

  • You have 1 + years of Customer Service and/or Tech Support experience.

  • The ability to work independently, as well in a group, and can handle multiple tasks, and changing priorities.

  • Commitment to the customer, no matter the issue. Don't just help them -delight them.

  • Fun, caring, and humble. It’s important we have a good time, look out for each other, and pitch in when needed.

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am-5 pm PST.

  • Zendesk ticketing system.

  • Cisco phone system.
