  • Work directly with business customers, primarily through phone interactions, to answer questions and provide support in creating their customized product to suit their individual needs.

 

  • Monitor customer inbox to follow-up with customer inquiries and provide assistance to trouble shoot product use and online orders.

 

  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the ERP system; ensuring precision in recording product details, quantities and any special instructions provided by customer.

 

  • Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping team to coordinate timely delivery of product and customer’s satisfaction.

 

The individual who is very organized, meticulous and has high attention to detail will most likely find success in this position. This is a very busy role with lots of variety, so someone who loves to multi-task and thrives on handling multiple projects at once will find this role challenging and exciting.
