Description:

The selected candidate will play a key role in providing functional and technical support to clients using Wolters Kluwer’s suite of professional software products.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a multinational, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in tax and accounting software systems while expanding technical and regulatory knowledge.
Provide high-quality customer support to clients regarding the functional use of Wolters Kluwer software products.
Analyze and resolve client issues related to accounting, tax, and legal software applications.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex application-related issues.
Support clients in adopting innovative solutions and improving operational efficiency.
Actively contribute to cross-functional tasks and projects to enhance customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal, accounting, and labor law regulations relevant to the software portfolio.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, demonstrating professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Commerce (Economia e Commercio) or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, accounting firms, or consulting companies specializing in Tax & Accounting or labor law.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and address client needs effectively.
Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to deliver effective and rapid solutions.
