Description:

The selected candidate will play a key role in providing functional and technical support to clients using Wolters Kluwer’s suite of professional software products.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a multinational, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience in tax and accounting software systems while expanding technical and regulatory knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support to clients regarding the functional use of Wolters Kluwer software products.

  • Analyze and resolve client issues related to accounting, tax, and legal software applications.

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex application-related issues.

  • Support clients in adopting innovative solutions and improving operational efficiency.

  • Actively contribute to cross-functional tasks and projects to enhance customer experience.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal, accounting, and labor law regulations relevant to the software portfolio.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, demonstrating professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Commerce (Economia e Commercio) or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in customer service, accounting firms, or consulting companies specializing in Tax & Accounting or labor law.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new technologies.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and address client needs effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to deliver effective and rapid solutions.

  • Demonstrated passion for innovation, technology, and process improvement.

  • Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and proactive personality.
