Description:

  • Measuring, monitoring, and analyzing product and processing performance (coatings field analysis), also measuring, and monitoring inventory.
  • Supporting the efforts of the Technical Service Team through data collection and analysis.
  • Participating within the site service team safety program.
  • Complying to the Assembly Plant Service Process in the customer plant.
  • Supporting customer and internal project schedule compliance through coatings field analysis activities, also supporting launch activities through coatings field analysis.
  • Providing information / data to support Lab Work Requests to meet account needs and providing information / data to write and support NCMs.
  • Supporting Problem Resolution Activities through coatings field analysis.
  • Assists with color audit reviews through coatings field analysis.
  • Complying with BASF Quality Systems and customer quality standards.
