Coalition, Inc. is the world's first Active Insurance provider, combining comprehensive cyber insurance with proactive cybersecurity tools to help businesses mitigate risk before it happens. We're looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Associate to join our team and serve clients across Quebec and France.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to both insurance brokers and policyholders, answering questions, solving problems, and helping them navigate our platform and services. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries via online chat, email, and occasionally phone from French-speaking customers.
Assist customers with navigating Coalition’s cybersecurity and quoting platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, insurance, security, and claims to resolve customer needs.
Perform administrative tasks to support quoting and policy management processes.
Identify and report on customer pain points to help improve the platform and customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in written and spoken French is essential.
Prior experience in customer service or a strong passion to learn and grow in the role.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, especially in client-facing contexts.
Energetic, resourceful, and excited to work in a startup-style, remote-first environment.
Prior insurance experience is not required but is considered a plus.
Positive attitude is a must – the team values attitude over everything.
Compensation & Perks:
Monthly salary range: $3641 to $4416
