About the Company - Altura Partners are partnered with a 2 year-old US Series-A Continuous Threat Exposure Management vendor backed by 2 of the most well known VC's in the Cyber space. Their Post-sales team is expanding in the US looking for their 1st Senior Customer Success Engineer to support clients with new integrations, architecture and TAM support.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers on their automation journey, ensuring seamless solution adoption and long-term success.
- Provide expert technical support, resolving complex challenges and ensuring a world-class experience.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape their roadmap based on customer feedback and emerging trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in security and automation to provide cutting-edge insights to our clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with deployment & architecture of vulnerability management solutions with various cloud environments.
- 5+ years in customer-facing positions such as post-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or technical services.
- Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration (very important).
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud environments; either AWS or Azure.
- VM, and CTEM technologies is highly desirable.
