Cyber Security Trainer

Minnodi LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Trainer to design and deliver

professional training programs in Cybersecurity. This is a remote role with the flexibility to work from

home, making it ideal for experienced trainers who are comfortable teaching in virtual environments.

The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for developing training content, delivering engaging

sessions, and supporting learners in building the technical skills required in the field. This position

requires strong subject matter expertise, instructional design skills, and the ability to deliver training

both live and virtually.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality training in Cybersecurity courses such as Security+, Network+, or CASP.

Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand client needs

and design appropriate training plans.

Develop comprehensive course materials from scratch, including job aids, webinars, inperson modules, and e-learning resources.

Apply instructional design best practices to create engaging, learner-focused training

content.

Facilitate live training sessions using video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom,WebEx, etc.).

Continuously update training materials to align with evolving cybersecurity practices and

standards.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proven experience training adult learners in technical topics.

At least 5 years of experience in a team environment with training delivery and content

development.

Strong instructional design and material development skills.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and time management skills.

Experience editing training content for accuracy and clarity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
