Data Analyst

Description:

Burgeonix is seeking a skilled Data Analyst / BI Engineer to transform data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to design and build reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making. You will optimize data processes, analyze trends, and prepare insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Excel.

• Perform data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

• Optimize ETL processes for seamless data integration.

• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Prepare and communicate documentation of findings to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning.

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools like SAS, SPSS.
