Data Analyst

Description:

Burgeonix is looking for a skilled Data Analyst / BI Engineer to transform data into actionable insights. The role involves designing and building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and analyzing data to generate insights that will drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

• Perform data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

• Optimize ETL processes for effective data integration

• Analyze trends and provide recommendations for business improvement

• Prepare documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Redshift, and Snowflake

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning

• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards

• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $120,000 to $180,000 per year

• Bonus: Yes
