Data Analyst

Description:

Falcon Smart IT (FalconSmartIT) is seeking a skilled Veeva CTMS Data Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering flexibility for remote work or on-site presence in Foster City, CA. This role focuses on managing clinical trial management system configurations, overseeing high-quality data migrations, and executing impactful system improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Veeva CTMS/eTMF platforms, including configuration management, user support, and ensuring compliance. The role involves tracking deliverables, identifying and resolving data/system issues, and maintaining the integrity of clinical data environments. Candidates with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage configurations and provide user support for Veeva CTMS and eTMF systems.

• Ensure full compliance with data governance and clinical operations standards.

• Lead and execute data migration activities including validation, accuracy checks, and data cleanup.

• Monitor and resolve data/system issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Generate data quality reports and track ongoing improvements in data processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and business requirements.

Primary (Must-Have) Skills:

• Strong expertise in Veeva CTMS/eTMF Management, including configuration, user support, and compliance oversight.

• Proficient in Data Integrity & Migration, with ability to validate, clean, and ensure accurate transfer of critical data.

• Experienced in Project Execution, deliverable tracking, and problem-solving for system and data-related issues.

Secondary (Good-to-Have) Skills:

• Data Analysis & Quality Improvement: Ability to identify and remediate data inconsistencies and deliver continuous improvement through analytical reporting.

Soft Skills:

• Adaptability: Comfort with new systems, tools, and evolving environments.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, BSE Computer Science, or a related field.
