This Data Centre Engineer role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of mission-critical infrastructure that powers cutting-edge trading systems across globally colocated data centers.

In this hybrid role based in New Jersey, you’ll play a pivotal part in overseeing the entire data center ecosystem—from physical infrastructure to systems integration—ensuring peak performance, scalability, and resilience in high-demand environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end infrastructure operations including space planning, power, electrical systems, cabling, cooling, and facility security within data centers.

• Design, coordinate, and implement data center deployment and expansion in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and oversee construction and build-out projects in alignment with infrastructure goals and timelines.

• Ensure continuous uptime and optimal capacity management to meet trading infrastructure demands.

• Provide infrastructure support and management across thousands of servers and colocated data centers.

• Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of high-frequency, low-latency environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing data center infrastructure—including facilities, cabling, power, and space.

• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams for facility planning and execution.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure buildouts, electrical and mechanical systems, and security protocols.

• Background in managing large-scale deployment and capacity planning projects.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
