Description:
This role involves managing data integrity across platforms, generating reports to support business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. The ideal candidate will also assist in processing payroll and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms and generate reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
- Assist in maintaining payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
- Prepare and submit reports, and assist with audits as needed.
- Assist in processing new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- 3+ years of full-cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms and payroll systems (such as ADP, Paycom, or Kronos).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
