Data Migration Specialist

Description:

SQA Services, Inc., a premier leader in managed supplier quality services for nearly 30 years, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Migration Specialists to support a critical 3–6 month project in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on validating, migrating, and ensuring the accuracy of part-specific quality data while maintaining compliance with internal and industry standards.

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity of essential quality records that support SQA’s global network of clients in manufacturing, aerospace, and related industries. You will be responsible for navigating proprietary systems, interpreting technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and maintain part-specific quality data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

• Interpret technical drawings and associated notes to ensure accurate documentation.

• Input, update, and manage data across digital platforms for record retention and issue tracking.

• Submit, monitor, and resolve issue tickets, ensuring timely and well-documented resolutions.

• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, data management, or document control.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct inaccuracies.

• Basic understanding of technical drawings and documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to digital platforms and work collaboratively with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (quality, engineering technology, or data management).

• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with record retention systems and SAP.

• Background in manufacturing or aerospace quality systems.

• Understanding of DFAR compliance.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder) to meet ITAR compliance requirements.

Compensation & Contract Details:

• Hourly pay: $23 – $28 (approx. $3,987 – $4,853 per month).

• Contract duration: 3–6 months with potential extensions depending on project needs.

• On-site, full-time opportunity with exposure to technical and data-driven workflows.
