Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and expand a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, CX Operations, and Automation teams to identify, quantify, and reduce friction points in the customer journey.

• Develop and own key business metrics for customer support optimization, enabling measurable improvement in satisfaction and efficiency.

• Build and maintain real-time prediction systems to identify and prevent negative customer experiences before they occur.

• Establish and standardize experimentation frameworks to evaluate automation strategies, self-service tools, and operational performance.

• Implement anomaly detection systems and escalation pathways to maintain service quality and prevent performance degradation.

• Translate complex quantitative analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and executive teams.

• Champion data-driven decision-making across teams, setting benchmarks for accountability, reporting, and strategic prioritization.

• Drive organizational initiatives to scale analytics infrastructure, improving automation, governance, and reproducibility.

• Promote and ensure compliance with all company data privacy and ethical AI standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).

• 8+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or applied statistics roles, including 3+ years managing technical teams.

• Proven success designing and executing measurement frameworks that drive business impact.

• Strong technical expertise in machine learning, experimentation, statistical modeling, and causal inference.

• Demonstrated ability to implement real-time analytics systems, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling solutions.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience with LLM or NLP-based models, predictive analytics, and event logging systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $243865 – $286900
Monthly Salary Equivalent: $20322 – $23908
