McKesson, a Fortune 10 company and a leader in healthcare distribution, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bulk Driver to join its Distribution Center team in Bartlett, Illinois. The position involves local delivery routes, ensuring critical healthcare products reach clients efficiently and safely while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers a structured schedule of Tuesday to Friday, starting at 5:30 AM until route completion (4x10 shifts). Employees can maximize their earnings through incentive programs offering up to 16% additional pay, paid every four weeks based on performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating local routes with daily home return, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Managing order fulfillment and maintaining shipment efficiency.

• Engaging with clients face-to-face, fostering strong relationships.

• Participating in on-the-job training for specialized processes, advanced automation, and power industrial equipment certification.

Candidates must:

• Hold a Class C or higher US Driver’s License with a safe driving history.

• Be 21 years of age or older.

• Be capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted and standing or sitting for extended periods.

• Meet DOT physical requirements.

Preferred qualifications include a Class A or B CDL license and 1–2 years of O2 level experience.
