Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in New York, NY. This contract position offers a competitive pay rate of $60.33/hour (W2, bi-weekly) with the possibility of an extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience as a dental hygienist and a valid NYSED license.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Remove calcareous deposits, accretions, and stains from teeth
✔️ Apply topical agents and provide patient education
✔️ Place and expose X-ray films
✔️ Polish teeth and take medical histories and vital signs
✔️ Chart caries and periodontal conditions
✔️ Apply pit and fissure sealants and desensitizing agents
Required Qualifications:
✅ Valid Dental Hygienist license issued by NYSED
✅ X-ray certification (preferred)
✅ Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene (Community College, MBO)
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Hygienist
✅ Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and patient care
