As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in improving oral health outcomes by delivering preventive care, educating patients, and partnering with dentists and fellow hygienists in co-diagnosing and treatment planning. Work Schedule (Flexible Options):

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Both full-time and part-time schedules are available based on candidate preferences.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier dental hygiene care using evidence-based clinical protocols.

• Perform preventive treatments, screenings, diagnostics, and therapeutic services.

• Motivate and educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and overall health links.

• Collaborate with dentists for co-diagnosis and personalized treatment plans.

• Foster a welcoming, judgment-free environment for patients of all ages.

• Stay informed about advancements in hygiene instruments and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to obtain one (new grads encouraged to apply).

• Valid CPR certification.

• A passion for preventive care, patient education, and practicing to the full scope of licensure.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with patients and teammates.

• Excellent communication skills and commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $48 – $55

• Monthly Pay (Full-time): $7680 – $8800
