Midwest Dental Brown Deer, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join their patient-focused clinic in Milwaukee, WI. The position focuses on delivering preventive treatments, educating patients, and collaborating closely with dentists and hygiene teams to improve oral and overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.

• Educate and motivate patients towards improved oral health and overall wellness.

• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene team members to co-diagnose and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment for all patients.

• Remain up to date with the latest technologies and instruments that enhance care.

Qualifications

• Active state dental hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new graduates welcome).

• Passion for patient care, education, and advancing oral health.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: 50–55 USD/hour.
