Designer And Creative Director

Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Designer, Creative Director, and Permitting Specialist to join our team at Indy Grills and Outdoor Living. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing our digital presence, managing the permitting process, and utilizing your AutoCAD skills to create drawings for our outdoor living projects. The position is part-time, with the requirement of coming into the office at 753 Massachusetts Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204 two days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed drawings for outdoor living projects, including decks, patios, and other structures.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance Indy Grills and Outdoor Living's brand and online presence.
• Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual representations.
• Manage the permitting process for outdoor construction projects, including gathering necessary documentation, submitting applications, and liaising with local authorities to obtain permits.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for creating accurate and detailed drawings.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and website design principles.
• Excellent graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
