✔️ IT induction and hardware setup for new joiners (Laptops & Mobiles)
✔️ Software installation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support
✔️ Managing tickets and ensuring resolution within SLA
✔️ Supporting a range of IT assets including POS, printers, label printers, and scanners
✔️ Providing on-site support in retail shops and coordinating with vendors
✔️ Experience with networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, Windows 10, O365, and MS Teams
✔️ Asset management and stock reporting
