Description:
Yochana Technologies is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support and ensure the smooth operation of client networks and systems in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining networks, and providing training to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Support:
Respond to client queries and provide on-site technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
Network Maintenance:
Ensure the consistent operation of client networks, including routers, servers, and other critical hardware components.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Installation and Configuration:
Set up new hardware, install software, and configure operating systems to meet client requirements.
Training and Assistance:
Provide training and ongoing technical support to end-users to enhance their proficiency with IT systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system for future reference and improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless technical support and effective problem resolution.
