The position is based in New York, with a hybrid model requiring 3–4 days onsite per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for workstations, mobile devices, and conference room AV technology.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across critical trading systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 environments.

• Leverage scripting tools such as PowerShell for automation and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, traders, and IT infrastructure.

• Maintain Active Directory and Group Policy configurations.

• Deliver technical support with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced, hybrid setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering or Systems Administration roles.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

• In-depth experience supporting and configuring Windows 10 systems.

• Strong understanding of Group Policy and Active Directory.

• A genuine passion for technology and problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
