Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer to build a comprehensive Patient Account Portal (User/Customer Portal) and a robust Admin Backend System for our healthcare platform. The project requires seamless integration with our existing CRM and EMR, full HIPAA compliance, and a user-friendly experience for both patients and administrators.

Core Responsibilities:

Patient Account Portal Functionality:

1. Chat System:

• Integrate with our existing CRM for patient support or build a custom chat system with an admin panel.

• Include a doctor chat option via EMR integration (currently an embedded chat box with plans to evolve into a custom solution).

2. Subscription Management:

• Allow patients to view and update subscription details, including payment information.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

• Enable users to schedule meetings with coaches via an embedded Google Calendar or CRM-linked calendar.

4. Notifications/Message Center:

• Centralized area for patients to receive updates and messages.

5. Additional Features:

• “Friends” feature for user connections.

• Points and rewards system.

• Blog (accessible on both backend and frontend).

• AI-powered recipe generator.

• Video content hosting and blogging.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in API integrations with CRMs and EMRs.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data management.

• Proven experience in building user portals and admin dashboards.

• Ability to implement secure payment processing and subscription management systems.

• Knowledge of scalable backend systems and database design.
