Devops Engineer

Description:

CGI is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the International Affairs (IAF) group, supporting U.S. federal clients in security, economic, and international missions. The role involves developing and troubleshooting technical solutions, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring. The candidate will work with cloud and microservices technologies, scripting, and containerization, while supporting multiple work streams and collaborating across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modernize technology solutions to enhance client missions

• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration scripts

• Participate in technical architecture and solution design with feature and product teams

• Stay updated on Cloud and DevOps technology trends to advise clients

• Collaborate in team problem-solving and propose innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field

• 3+ years designing and developing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Control-M, Azure DevOps, Ansible, or similar tools

• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell)

• Experience with microservices, containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm)

• Linux and cloud environment experience (preferably Azure)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Interim Secret clearance required; must maintain Secret clearance

• U.S. citizenship required
