Our client, a leading financial institution in the region, is currently seeking a dedicated Digital Banking Manager to oversee their digital banking operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in technology and banking to contribute to enhancing the digital experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Bank’s digital banking vendors and product offerings to ensure optimal client experience through online and mobile banking channels
  • Monitor and test digital banking platforms to ensure effective operation, promptly reporting any issues to vendors for resolution
  • Assist bank staff in troubleshooting client issues with digital solutions through effective communication with clients and vendors
  • Hold digital banking vendors accountable for performance standards and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Provide training to bank staff on navigating digital banking platforms and related back-office features
  • Stay updated on advancements in digital banking products and services through attendance at conferences, events, and trainings
  • Keep the EVP Chief Banking Officer informed of significant issues impacting clients through digital channels and recommend new product offerings for consideration
  • Assist in preparing reports for reporting to the board of directors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
