Description:
The ideal candidate will work independently and apply industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve issues or deliver outcomes having a wide and diverse scope impacting the function and/or sales region. In addition, the analyst plans and delivers complicated activities to support the marketing, communications, public relations and/or business development team(s).
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create measurement plans that align with business objectives and optimize the end-to-end customer journey.
- Manages marketing automation platform, including list management, lead scoring and automation and execution of nurture and drip campaigns.
- Tests campaigns, analyzes key metrics, and identifies opportunities to increase campaign performance.
- Develops and presents findings from analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies to provide a self-serve environment for key internal stakeholders.
- Create demand generation dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
- Accomplishes operational and/or functional objectives that enable the successful execution of department goals; tracks, monitors and reports on KPIs and action plans.
- Meets business ad hoc requests: identifies market trends, collects relevant information, provides detailed analysis and deliverables (promotional content, documentation, presentations, trainings).
- Liaises with diverse departments (IT, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales) and provides training to increase lead generation and promote product/brand awareness.
- Leads projects within scope of responsibilities.
- Manages relationships and negotiations with external partners/suppliers.
Experience & Skills
- This position typically requires 5+ years of related experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated ability to translate raw data into actionable insights
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Experience using marketing automation platforms
- Experience using Power BI is preferred
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) is preferred
