Residential Services of NE MN (RSI) is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in their adult foster care home in Sandstone, MN. DSPs assist individuals with disabilities and mental illness in living fulfilling and independent lives. The position emphasizes compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping others. No prior experience or certifications are required, making this an accessible and rewarding opportunity for those interested in healthcare and social services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist adults with medical, behavioral, and daily living needs.

• Provide support with personal hygiene, medication administration, and household tasks.

• Facilitate community activities such as shopping, dining, entertainment, fitness, and recreation.

• Develop meaningful relationships and foster a person-centered culture.

• Work 4–8 hour shifts, including every other weekend, with varied hours during the week.

Qualifications:

• Pass a post-offer background check.

• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR check if working day/evening shifts.
