Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with HR product owners and IT to create business processes that align with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the HR technology strategy supporting HR and business goals. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Champion automation and process efficiencies while prioritizing the employee experience and collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT to develop best-in-class HR technology solutions.
  • Streamline HR operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in HR Technology and Operational Excellence. Large-scale implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) and technology extensions required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills, with a focus on building consensus across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive results with resiliency.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding details and applying them to big-picture concepts.
