As a certified B Corp™, GS2 focuses on ethical business practices, environmental impact, and progressive social responsibility, working with a diverse portfolio of clients to transform their corporate strategies and operations.

This senior-level hybrid role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business transformation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory and enhancing its influence in the global responsible business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee client engagements focused on sustainability, corporate transformation, and ESG initiatives.

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to internal teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders across industries.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of GS2’s consulting services.

• Guide research, development, and implementation of innovative solutions aligned with B Corp™ standards.

• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and leadership forums to promote visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or directorial capacity, ideally within consulting, sustainability, or ESG-focused firms.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects, teams, and client relationships simultaneously.

• Strong business acumen with expertise in strategy, sustainability frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• A passion for ethical business, environmental stewardship, and social impact is essential.
