Slalom Georgia/Alabama is seeking builders and creators with a strong entrepreneurial streak who are excited about scaling our impact! Relevant experience includes business strategy; product development; operations transformation; digital; data & analytics; modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems; CRM implementation; cloud migration; and related large-scale transformations.

This role partners closely with Slalom’s technology, data, and cloud practitioners, as well as our data-oriented technology partners, to deliver outcomes across industries.

Note: Hybrid role. The ideal candidate will live in the Atlanta metro area.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive value to clients through consulting by building solid stakeholder/leader relationships and aligning Slalom’s full suite of offerings to achieve client goals
  • Billable utilization across a small cluster of accounts
  • Direct revenue responsibility, commensurate with level:
    • Senior Principal: $2M–$4M+
    • Director: $4M–$6M+
  • Oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements within aligned accounts
  • Deliver / oversee project excellence across a diverse portfolio of engagements
  • Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements, including integrated, technology-enabled solutions
  • Engage with your clients to understand their strategies and objectives to drive value through solutions, and building solid stakeholder/buyer/influencer relationships
  • Drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business across accounts and industries
  • Build pursuit teams to strategize/close deals and solutions, partnering closely with technology and data leaders when those capabilities are central to the solution
  • Ownership of activity within your accounts including:
    • Oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements within aligned accounts
    • Deliver / oversee project excellence
    • Drives business development with the proper information (creation of SOW), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements
  • Help build and shape our industry capabilities to solve our client’s complex challenges with an emphasis on advancing data- and technology-driven offerings

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven sales and revenue ownership experience aligned to Client Partner expectations at the Senior Principal or Director level
  • Confidence working with clients at SVP, C-suite and/or executive steering committee levels
  • Strong background in technology-enabled transformation, with a particular focus on data, analytics, and modern platforms
  • Experience leading or supporting data- and technology-driven consulting pursuits across accounts and industries
  • Clinical trial process experience a plus
  • Revenue cycle management, patient intake, digital front-door experience a plus
  • Expert project including all aspects of program/project management
  • Experienced in business development, including relationship building, solutioning and resourcing
