Director Of Business Development

Description:

The Director of Business Development oversees the sales, marketing, and customer service activities. This position is responsible for the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, maintaining an active and productive working relationship with community partners and referral sources, as well as internal partners and team members. The DBD is a member of the facility management team and actively involved in discussion related to a wide variety of facility strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changes in programming, recruitment and retention.
