RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the unit liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Provides guidance and direction to the Executive Director, Stout University Foundation and Alumni Boards, and donors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax requirements relevant for a non-profit foundation.
• Has a working knowledge of appropriate tax laws, gift administration, planned giving instruments, and constituent management software.
• Prepare financial assessments of operations, reports on financial positions based on past and present operations, and budgets and financial forecasts for the Stout University Foundation and Alumni Association.
• Organize, direct, control, and evaluate a variety of financial activities including the planning and development of the Stout University Foundation and Alumni Association offices accounts, ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepares financial analyses of operations, prepares reports on financial positions based on past and present operations, and directs the preparation of Foundation and Alumni office budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage budgets, investments, audits, and other combinations of business and financial affairs including risk management, real estate, and financial forecasts.
