As Operations Director, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the performance of all KRO Hospitality venues. Leading a team of Site General Managers, you will ensure each property operates to the highest standards while achieving commercial targets and delivering standout guest experiences. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will shape the operational direction of the business and play a key role in its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight across Velvet Hotel, Bar & Brasserie, Forty Seven Hotel, and Garner Hotel Preston.

* Lead, support, and develop Site General Managers to drive strong performance and uphold brand standards.

* Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective budget management, cost control, and the identification of new revenue streams.

* Champion exceptional service delivery, ensuring a consistent premium guest experience across all venues.

* Collaborate with the Managing Director on long-term operational strategies, business planning, and improvement initiatives.

* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations across the portfolio.

* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

* Drive operational efficiency, employee engagement, and retention across the group.

* Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational standards and service quality.

* Significant senior leadership experience within the hospitality industry, ideally managing multi-site hotel and F&B operations.

* Strong commercial and financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
